The motorcycle warranty period is within six months of purchase or on the initial 6000km. The warranty policy will be applicable to the first owner not to the second hand user & the best care of the motorcycle has been taken. The warranty claim can be apply in either case.
Responsibility of the Company:

DYL Motorcycles tries its best to provide their customer the best quality but if any human errors occur in the manufacturing, the company will take full responsibility to adjust it.

Terms & Condition for the Warranty Claim:
Following are the parameters of warranty claim:

• The warranty will not be applicable if any problem occur due to the weather conditions, for example, if the bike drown or rust occur due to humidity.
• The warranty will not be applicable if anything happened due to the motorcycle racing or heavy weight carriage or on reckless driving.
• The warranty will not be applicable due to the counterfeited parts usage.
• The warranty will not be applicable if any problem occurs due to the unnecessary changes.
• The warranty will not be applicable if the motorcycle was used as a taxi or used on a rental basis.
• The warranty will not be applicable if any scratches appear on chrome or on any painted area.
• The warranty will not be applicable if any changes done in the electrical system or electrical wiring.
• The warranty will not be applicable if there’s a scar on spare parts, for example, scrapped spark plug, control cables, brake shoe, air cleaner or on electrical wiring, tube puncture, tilted rim or on tire damage(if drove in puncture).
• The warranty will not be applicable if any harm occurs due to the sub-standard storage of motorcycle for long duration.
• Complete set of motorcycle required by the star shop in order to claim the warranty.
• The warranty will not be applicable to the second hand user.
• The company will not change the engine in any case, only the spare parts will be change or compensate if any genuine problem occurs.
• The ODO Meter should be in the original condition during the warranty period.
• First and second free service should be done by the authorized dealer. The free service form in the free service booklet must be filled after having the free service.
