The motorcycle warranty period is within six months of purchase or on the initial 6000 km. The warranty policy is applicable to the first owner, not to the second-hand user, and provided the best care of the motorcycle has been taken. The warranty claim can be applied in either case.
Responsibility of the Company
DYL Motorcycles tries its best to provide their customer the best quality, but if any human errors occur in the manufacturing, the company will take full responsibility to adjust it.
Terms & Conditions for the Warranty Claim
The following are the parameters of a warranty claim. The warranty will not be applicable if:
- Any problem occurs due to weather conditions, for example if the bike is drowned or rust occurs due to humidity.
- Anything happens due to motorcycle racing, heavy weight carriage or reckless driving.
- Counterfeit parts are used.
- Any problem occurs due to unnecessary changes.
- The motorcycle was used as a taxi or on a rental basis.
- Any scratches appear on chrome or any painted area.
- Any changes are done in the electrical system or electrical wiring.
- There is a scar on spare parts, for example a scrapped spark plug, control cables, brake shoe, air cleaner or electrical wiring.
